The Health Law Section has been working hard to address and meet the needs of our members, and we are excited to share news, Section information, and educational content with our members on this newly-launched, user-friendly site. Designed to be the homepage for Florida health law attorneys, we hope that you will find this new website both helpful and informative, and we welcome your suggestions and feedback.

Recent Florida and federal healthcare legislation makes this a busy time for not only health law attorneys, but also attorneys who provide transactional, litigation, or public policy work for health care clients. Effectively addressing the legal issues impacting health care entities and providers, and the organizations that work with those entities and providers will require continuing education. In anticipation, the Health Law Section has focused much of its energy into developing interactive educational content for the website as well as educational opportunities and CLEs for our members. Additionally, we will be issuing new by-laws for the Section.

To our current members, thank you for your continued membership.
