The Health Law Section consists of approximately 1700 members, eighteen (18) Executive Council Members, and four (4) Officers. Section membership continues to increase at an average rate of about six percent (6%) over the past ten (10) years. The Section's growth is due in large part to an increase interest in the practice of Health Law and the Section's commitment to deliver on its goal of providing a forum for communication and education in the field of Health Law.

This Website provides a lot of useful information. The cover page provides a list of upcoming events, including CLEs and Section meetings, information about recent developments in health law, and access to other useful information. In addition to this Website, the Section has recently launched a Facebook and LinkedIn page. Please be sure to visit us on Facebook and on LinkedIn.

The Section has also recently launched an interactive list-serve that allows members of the Section to post questions and answers on topics related to Health Law. If you would like to subscribe to the list serve please send an email to healthlaw@flabarhls.org.

The practice of Health Law continues to quickly evolve at the state and federal level.  Keeping pace with the changes in Health Law and learning the fundamentals of Health Law will require continuing education.  The Section will continue to expand on its commitment to serve as a forum for providing communication and education in the field of Health Law to help its members keep up with these changes.
